REFUND POLICY

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with this product call us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you 100% of your money. Of course the product must be in as new condition and in original packaging.

Damaged Items
All items that leave our warehouse are adequately packed and sent in good working condition. However, if you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you must promptly advise Uptons Camping and Disposals within 72 hours of receipt of the product. We will assess the damage and most times will send out a replacement item straight away.

Exchanges
We offer a no-hassel exchange policy! If you would like to exchange your item after you have purchased it, please contact us. Item must be returned in as new condition and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for freight cost to return item to us. Any credit will be issued as store credit. If there is a balance, we accept payment over the phone or PayPal, to pay the balance.

Returns
We do our best to explain each of our products entirely. If you feel we have mis-represented any of our items in any way, please call us to work out a resolution. If we have listed an item incorrectly, we will arrange for the item to be returned and provide you with a 100% refund.

If you purchased the item in error, the item must be returned to us in as new condition and in original packaging. Once the item has been received at our warehouse, we will refund you minus any shipping costs.
